| About AMPS Albany AMPS Albany is a group of armor modelers founded in 2000. Our goal is to have fun without too much hassle. We meet in the Albany, NY area once a month to build armor models, swap books and ideas, and help each other out. We travel to contests together and ridicule each other mercilessly. Our group has three rules: 1. There are no officers, dues, or rules other than the three here. 2. At each Tank Night, everyone must bring at least one kit to work on. Our Tank Nights consist of active building sessions. If you are not building, don't bother. 3. No one can criticize anyone else's model unless invited to do so. 4. Membership is by invitation. Oh, wait, that's four rules. We do not take ourselves, our hobby, or anyone else very seriously. - The Central Committee |
