German Panther ausf G (destroyed)
The Tamiya Panther G kit is bypassed nowadays with the new DML kits on th emarket, but I really enjoyed building it. I added a Tank Workshop interior and lots of internal and external damage.

This one will be displayed in a diorama with the ISU-122S, so it has a 122mm hit on the left hull side. The shot passed through the inside, detonating the ammo bins on the right hull side.

The outside is pretty much OOTB, with some PE and some homemade lead foil additions. I used what I hope is an accurate spring 1945 paint scheme.

The idea here is the explosion of the ammo bins would have tended to go up and down towards the thinner top and bottom armor, blowing out the sponsons and bending the hull roof upwards.
Pieces of the Panther's ammo might have hit the roadwheels, breaking some and burning others. Once this is mounted on its base, the missing wheels and more debris will be added.
On the left side there is only the 'entrance wound' with some torn-up sheet metal.
