German Sturmgeschutz III F
This is the DML kit from a few years back, built mostly OOTB as a painting and weathering exercise prior to doing a more elaborate model. The idea was to practice a sand-and-red-brown cammo job plus a wet, grassy, muddy suspension.
The paint job was a first try at the sand-and-red-brown softedge camouflage scheme.

Scratches were done with a very dark brown shade.
The wet grassy mud was a challenge. I used a mix of Liquitex fiber paste, available at art-supply stores, with some static grass added in clumps. Then the whole mix was painted with various greyish browns.
