| This diorama shows the German 7th Panzer Division taking a French town in the blitzkreig campaign of May-June 1940. The diorama took me about five years to complete. The vehicles were modified extensively; one of the buildings is scratchbuilt; and the figures took a lot of work to get right. This first photo (below) shows the dramatic focus of the diorama: The driver of a Hotchkiss H-35 is being pulled out of his knocked-out tank by several French soldiers, as the Germans look on. |
