Scratchbuilt, 1/35
More Finished Models....
The British Cruiser A-13 was derived from the earlier A-10, but with suspension copied from the Soviet BT-5. The A-13 was used in France in 1940, In Greece in 1941, and in North Africa in 1940-41. This A-13 is marked for the British 2nd Armored Division in Libya, during Operation Battleaxe, 1941.
I scratchbuilt this model almost 20 years ago, using track and wheels from an Italeri Crusader. The model has a full turret interior and engine compartment. Here we are 20 years later and there is still no plastic kit of this vehicle.
